All Members of Whitby Courthouse Theatre are invited to attend our 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will be held in the Whitby Centennial Building’s Regal Room on Monday, September 16th, at 7pm.

About the AGM

To attend Whitby Courthouse Theatre's Annual General Meeting you must:

  • RSVP by September 12, 2024.
  • Abide by all Whitby Courthouse Theatre Bylaws and Policies.
  • Act in a way that is respectful of the mission of Whitby Courthouse Theatre and the purpose of the Annual General Meeting.
  • Only vote in accordance with the Bylaws. Non-members are strictly prohibited from voting, or lobbying a vote.
