WCTTeens
Special Winter Session of WCT Teens is an educational program open to anybody aged 13-17 who wants to learn and experience theatre. Professional workshops will help develop and enhance a well-rounded knowledge of theatre.
Registration has closed for our Winter Session of WCT Teens.
Information regarding our Fall 2023 sessions of WCT Teens will be available here in July/August 2023.
Participation in WCT Teens (or WCT Kids) does not guarantee a role in Whitby Courthouse Theatre's Young Performers Production in June, but will help build participants' audition skills, for any show they may wish to audition for.

Age
WCT Teens is open to anybody aged 13-17 who wants to develop and enhance a well-rounded knowledge of theatre from professionals.
Participants need to be 13 years old by the first date of their session, and cannot turn 18 during the duration of the program.
Fees
Whitby Courthouse Theatre is dedicated to keeping theatre accessible, and program fees are kept low. The current program fee is $200.
Financial Aid is available, more information can be found here.
Those wishing to access Financial Aid should do so as soon as possible so a spot can be reserved while the application is completed.
Previous Experience/Audition
We want all kids to have the opportunity to learn, without barriers, so for that reason there is no audition to join WCT Teens. There are also no formal experience requirements.
All participants are expected to be well-mannered, eager to learn, and respectful of others in accordance with our Code of Conduct.
