We offer two ways to purchase tickets:

• Online at whitbytheatre.ca/tickets
  Purchases online can be made using a Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, or Debit MasterCard.
  
  
• At the door anytime within the hour before a performance
  Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, Debit, Gift Card, or Cash.
  

There are no in-person hours aside from before performances to purchase tickets.

Exchanges
Exchanges may be requested for regular performances, by choosing 'Exchange Request' on the Contact Form below, the following fees apply:

Refunds
Refunds are only avaialble if Whitby Courthouse Theatre has cancelled or rescheuled a production or performance. In the event of a cancellation, patrons will be contacted directly within the week following the scheduling change.

Patron Credits
There are lots of ways to use your Patron Credit! 

• Online at whitbytheatre.ca/tickets
  Make sure you log in using the email address associated with your Patron Account, and your credit will automatically be applied at checkout. 
  If you don't know your password, you can click Forgot Password. 
  
• At the door anytime within the hour before a performance

Gift Cards
There are two ways to redeem your gift card:

• Use the Contact Form below and choose 'Gift Card Redemption'
• At the door anytime within the hour before a performance

Whitby Courthouse Theatre provides a limited number of subscriptions annually for donations to community groups to assist with their fundraising efforts. Organizations that wish to request a donation are subject to criteria such as:

• Be a provincially or federally registered charity, non-profit, or publically-funded school
• Serve to support the community through access to the arts, or other cultural or societal means
• Not serve a partisan purpose

The Town of Whitby provides a standard technical package (subject to their own terms and availability) for rentals of the Whitby Centennial Building Theatre. Technical requirements beyond those availble through the Town, are accessible through an arrangement with Whitby Courthouse Theatre, which is the sole provider of additional Technical Services for the Whitby Centennial Building.

You require a permit from the Town of Whitby for use of the Facility before we can agree to provide Technical Rental Services.

Our main objectives are to consistently provide high-quality theatre and theatrical education to our community.

We accept people of all skill sets, and abilities, even those who are completely new to theatre! We appreciate the opportunity to have you share your skills or learn new ones while volunteering with us on our productions, or in an operational role.

Students are able to earn community service hours towards their diploma requirements at Whitby Courthouse Theatre.

Whitby Courthouse Theatre has two educational streams - WCT Kids and WCT Teens, which are open to anybody aged 8-12, and 13-17 respectively who wants to learn and experience theatre tailored to each age bracket, no auditions are required! Professional workshops will build or enhance a well-rounded knowledge of theatre.
