Vice President Duties

The Vice President assumes the responsibilities of the President in their absence, and is a member of the executive.

• Chair the strategic planning committee.
  
• Facilitate the initiation and progress of a comprehensive organizational strategic planning process intended to map out the strategic direction of WCT for a three-to-five-year period.
• Implement and track ongoing goals from the strategic plan.

• With the support of the Board in their respective capacities, the Vice President will consider and promote a program of community relations and outreach intended to build a strong presence for Whitby Courthouse Theatre as the premiere community theatre in the Durham Region.
• Oversee the Whitby Courthouse Theatre membership program.
