WCTTeens Drama Intensive
Did you know that you could join both WCT Teens and WCT Teens Drama Intensive for a full-rounded and immersive experience in the many facets of theatre?
WCT Teens Drama Intensive is an educational and drama intensive aimed at experienced 14 to 17-year-olds who are interested in refining their craft with a small group of like-minded individuals. WCT Teens Drama Intensive will run under the direction of Geoffrey Coulter, a seasoned actor, director, and arts educator. Participants will learn acting skills and techniques while simultaneously preparing a culminating performance for family and friends. To provide individualized attention and foster a close-knit learning environment, we offer only a limited number of spots. This ensures that each participant can fully benefit from the program's intensive and focused approach. Please ensure that you can commit to the dates of the workshops and the evening performance as regular attendance from all participants will be important to the program.

Participation in WCT Teens Drama Intensive (or WCT Teens, or WCT Kids) does not guarantee a role in Whitby Courthouse Theatre's Young Performers Production in June.
Age
WCT Teens is open to anybody born from 2006 to 2010.
Fees
Whitby Courthouse Theatre is dedicated to keeping theatre accessible, and program fees are kept low. The current program fee is $350.
Financial Aid is available, more information can be found here.
Those wishing to access Financial Aid should do so as soon as possible so a spot can be reserved while the application is completed.
Previous Experience/Audition
We want all kids to have the opportunity to learn, without barriers, so for that reason there is no audition to join WCT Teens. There are also no formal experience requirements.
All participants are expected to be well-mannered, eager to learn, and respectful of others in accordance with our Code of Conduct.
