Group Outings
Theatre is about community, and we strive to make it as far reaching and accessible as we can for groups who wish to see our shows.
To achieve that goal, we have made our group purchasing as simple as clicking the “ Group Tickets” beside the show you would like to see to access tickets at a discounted rate for groups of 10 or more wishing to facilitate a group outing to a Whitby Courthouse Theatre production.
Pippin
Heir to the Frankish throne, the young prince Pippin is in search of the secret to true happiness and fulfilment. He seeks it in the glories of the battlefield, the temptations of the flesh and the intrigues of political power (after disposing of his father, King Charlemagne the Great). In the end, though, Pippin finds that happiness lies not in extraordinary endeavours but rather in the unextraordinary moments that happen every day.
Chess In Concert
This exciting rock musical transforms the ancient game into a lively metaphor for romantic rivalries, competitive spirit, superpower politics, and international intrigue. Spanning from Bangkok to Budapest, players, lovers, politicians, and spies all find themselves entangled in a web of manipulation, set to a captivating score featuring “One Night in Bangkok” and “Heaven Help My Heart.”
