Pippin Auditions Now Open

Synopsis: Pippin is a musical about a young prince searching for his place in the world and the secret to true happiness. A troupe of actors, led by a Leading Player, guides (and manipulates) Pippin through various experiences, including war, politics, and love, only for him to realize that fulfillment comes not from the extraordinary, but from the ordinary moments of life.

A dazzling blend of spectacle and soul, Pippin invites you to question what a meaningful life really looks like — and whether the spotlight’s brightest moments come at too high a price.

We welcome performers of all experience levels to join us. Please prepare two contrasting musical theatre songs. Each song selection should be approximately 16-32 bars in length (30-60 seconds). Auditionees will also participate in a group dance audition.
