These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Online Subscription Form ("Form"). The use of the Form is considered acceptance of these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use the Form. This website uses cookies. By using the Form and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you consent to the Whitby Courthouse Theatre’s use of cookies in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy, and Terms of Use.
Ticketing Terms
- No refunds. Exchanges are permitted per the Exchange Policy below.
- In the event that a performance is either cancelled or postponed, Whitby Courthouse Theatre will make every effort to contact patron, time permitting. While Whitby Courthouse Theatre regrets the inconvenience caused by these circumstances, Whitby Courthouse Theatre cannot be held responsible for any cost or damage such postponement or cancellation may incur. Refunds will be issued for tickets purchased for a cancelled or postponed event. In all instances when a ticket is refunded, only the cost of the ticket is refunded.
- Whitby Courthouse Theatre cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries, loss or damages incurred by patrons while attending any event or function, be it before, during, after an event.
- All patrons purchasing from Whitby Courthouse Theatre must agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, all Whitby Courthouse Theatre Policies. Refunds or exchanges will not be offered for failure to comply with polcieis, or for removal from a performance.
Refunds and Exchange Policy
- Refunds are only issued as a result of a show cancellation where a patron cannot attend a subsequent performance. No other refunds are permitted.
- Exchanges are permitted for any regular performance for a fee of $5.00 per ticket.
- Season subscribers requesting an exchange more than 30 days prior to their performance date will have the exchange fee waived.
- Exchanges cannot be requested within 48 hours of the performance.
- Regular tickets may not be exchanged for Preview tickets.
Privacy and Security
- Whitby Courthouse Theatre retrains the right to collect and securely store all information provided in the Form for the purpose of fulfilling the order. Payment information is handled by PayPal and will not be provided to Whitby Courthouse Theatre.
- Whitby Courthouse Theatre is committed to keeping your personal information strictly confidential. When we collect your personal information (i.e. name, address, e-mail, and telephone number) it is in an effort to improve your patron experience and to notify you about program updates, services and answer inquiries. We do not disclose any of your personal information at any time. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties.
- Our site uses cookies to personalize and improve your shopping experience. These cookies do not contain any confidential or personal information. They allow us to enhance your shopping experience at Whitby Courthouse Theatre. For example, if you have added products to your shopping cart and suddenly have to log out of our site, you can return later that day and still have those items in your shopping cart.
