Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are only issued as a result of a show cancellation where a patron cannot attend a subsequent performance. No other refunds are permitted.

• Exchanges are not permitted for preview performances.
• Exchanges are permitted for any regular performance for a fee of $5.00 per ticket.
• Season subscribers requesting an exchange more than 30 days prior to their performance date will have the exchange fee waived.
• Exchanges cannot be requested within 48 hours of the performance.

Individuals who are not permitted to enter the facility or theatre, or individuals who are removed from the audience or facility, for failure to comply with any Whitby Courthouse Theatre policy, or for reasons outside of Whitby Courthouse Theatre’s control, are not eligible for any refund, exchange, or compensation.

Furthermore, individuals who do not attend a production or event are not eligible for any refund, exchange, or compensation.
