Orientation

Following the Annual General Meeting, an orientation process is recommended for new board members to become acquainted with Whitby Courthouse Theatre’s operational process and the organizational structure of the company.

These orientation sessions may be conducted by any experienced board member or past president. These sessions are to be scheduled in advance of the theatre season.

New board members are to attend an orientation session to discuss the duties and responsibilities of a Whitby Courthouse Theatre board member.

New coordiantors are to attend an orientation session with a corresponding board member to discuss the duties and responsibilities of a Whitby Courthouse Theatre coordinator.
