The Marketing and Publicity Director is the contact for all requests for information from the media.
The following designated spokespersons are permitted to speak on behalf of the Whitby Courthouse Theatre about operational decisions:
- the President
- the Marketing and Publicity Director
- or a designate from the Board of Directors
Under no circumstance shall any other individual speak to the media about operational matters without prior authorization.
The appointment of a designate shall be limited to the specific subject they were designated to speak about.
